What is the minimum order for bulk pricing?
10 pieces of the same product. Once you reach 10, the cart takes 10% off the price per piece automatically.
Can I mix different products in one bulk order?
Yes. The cart discount counts each product separately, so each one needs 10 or more pieces. For a mixed list, send it through the quote form and we price the whole order together.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Every order comes with an itemised invoice. Add your business name in the quote form and we put it on the invoice.
How long does delivery take for bulk orders?
We dispatch within 2 working days of payment, or on the date agreed in your quote for very large quantities. Transit time after dispatch depends on your pin code, and you get tracking by email.
Can I return a bulk order?
Please check the consignment when it arrives and report damaged, defective or missing units within 48 hours, with photos. Other returns follow our returns and refunds policy.
